Choosing
Which Rosela product is right for me?
They do completely different jobs. Rosela Cover Stick is a concealer that goes on white and settles into your own skin tone, so there is no shade to pick. Rosela Nightly is a lash and brow serum you use for about ten seconds before bed. Plenty of people use both.
How do I choose a shade of the Cover Stick?
You do not. It goes on white and adapts to the tone of the skin it is applied to, which is the entire point of it. There is one product and it is the right one.
Can I use both products together?
Yes. Nightly goes on a clean, dry lash line at night. The Cover Stick is a daytime step. Nothing in one interferes with the other.
Using them
How long before Rosela Nightly does anything?
Nothing visible for the first three weeks. Most people see a denser lash line at four to six weeks and the full result at ten to twelve. It contains no prostaglandin analogues, which is exactly why it is slower than the serums that promise four weeks.
I have sensitive skin or sensitive eyes.
Both formulas are made to be gentle, and the full ingredient list for each is printed on its product page. Patch test first if you react easily. Rosela Nightly contains rosemary leaf oil, which is the ingredient most likely to bother a reactive eye. Stop using either product if you get irritation.
How should I store them, and how long do they keep?
Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun. Unopened, both keep for 24 months from manufacture. Once opened, use within 12 months.
What is in them
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes to both, across everything we make. No animal-derived ingredients, and no animal testing at any stage, by us or by anyone on our behalf.
Does Rosela Nightly contain prostaglandins?
No. Not isopropyl cloprostenate, not bimatoprost, not DDDE or MDN, and no added hormones. The whole ingredient class is out, not just the famous one. That is the reason it takes twelve weeks rather than four.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is usually 4 to 7 business days, and it is free on orders over $50. Express options are available at checkout in most regions.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and most of the EU, priced in your local currency at checkout. Delivery times and any duties vary by destination.
What is your return policy?
Thirty days on the Cover Stick, unused and in its original packaging. Rosela Nightly is covered for ninety nights: use it every night, and if you are not happy we refund you in full and you keep the tube.
